ORDERS PLACED OVER CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR AND CURRENT:

Happy New Year everyone!  We hope you've all had a good break, unfortunately it's not been a good start to the year this end.  I was admitted to hospital on NYE with a very nasty gall bladder infection and spent the week being a pin cushion - on discharge, both Steve and I received the parting gift of the flu that's currently decimating the country - but we didn't have COVID, so that's something eh?!!

Today (Friday 10th) is the first day I've been well enough to even look at my laptop so I must keep it brief just to update everyone. Hopefully we're starting to recover from the flu now so will do our best at getting some orders out next week.  This will be a gradual process, so please bear with us.  

Now obviously we have the most lovely customers and I'm sure many of you will be happy to go with the flow, but if you can't wait for any reason please contact us and I'll be more than happy to cancel/refund your order.  I will not be answering any emails at this time other than to do this - I hope you understand as I need to continue recovering.  Whatever happens, NO CUSTOMER WILL BE LEFT OUT OF POCKET - please do not start charge backs or order not received disputes as this just creates unnecessary work when we're happy to refund.

UPDATE: 15th January - orders are now going out, you will receive the usual order dispatched email as orders are processed so you know your order is on its way.  Please allow us a little time to catch up with the back log, but at last things are heading in the right direction.  Thank you all so much for your continued patience.

UPDATE: 20th January - now cutting and packing orders placed on 8th/9th January - all being well, we should be caught up and normal service resumed by the end of this week - hurrah!


BREXIT

From 1st July 2021, the rules on shipping to the EU from the UK have changed.  There is now NO TARIFF FREE order amount, so ALL orders may be subject to import taxes and slight delays while clearing customs. NOTE: The process seems much more efficient since the early days and all orders are shipped with correct paperwork, shipping labels and customs declarations. 

This tariff free levels outside the EU remain unchanged.


COVID UPDATE

We continue to follow UK Government guidelines with safety as our top priority. Additional precautions including extra hand washing, sanitizing surfaces and work benches continue.
